I applied for the MR waiver here in Iowa, which is what Autism falls under. I know Michael is not the only Autistic child in this county needing this waiver, yet they are having such a hard time getting his psychological and IQ tests done. I am beginning to become discouraged. I would be willing to take Michael to a bigger hosptal or wherever to get this done.
I know SSI can take months to go through, especially with most cases having to be appealed. I read that some states require that the first application be denied if the waiver had not been issued yet.
I really have no idea what I am doing. I know I can fill out an application on the website, but other than that, I know nothing about what I need to do.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I am sorry. Not that many other people see his dad as handsome. I knew him since we were 16, well I was just short of 16 when we met. So I guess the loss of his hair really did not bother me because I knew it was happening and I already had that bond with him. But if we did not have that teen romance and then deep friendship I do not think I would be as attracted to him. Maybe that I see him as attractive because it is a real love than something superficial.
Marc is becoming a "chrome
Marc is becoming a "chrome dome" himself. Everywhere else he is a hairball. His chest and neck hair are gray, so sometimes it looks funny when his neck hair is all fuzzy-gray and sticking out but the hair on his head is brown. I always threaten to shave his back. One time when he was alseep I actually took the pet shaver and made a stripe down his back, just for amusement. He's a very nice, easy-going person.
