Sleep is such an issue in my home too. We have been lacking it for years. I have been giving my son melatonin, but it only works for so long. He is so tired, but he fights it badly. I know his diet has a lot to do with it. He loves junk food way too much. He will starve himself if we do not have junk food around. I remember one time he refused to eat anything for a week straight! I was so worried.
