Fairly new to Asperger's...

This is new to me so I am not sure how to word anything. My family is stuggling tremendously. Do kids with violent and dangerous issues get better with Asperger's?

Yes, but not without a good deal of help. And almost never automatically.
There are a number of coping skills us adults with Aspergers use. One of my best ones is just taking a time out when things get overwhelming, isolating myself away from others until the rage passes.
I also wear dark glasses because for me, light is a trigger for migraines, and the pain makes me more short tempered.
Ritualistic religions are also a good help in this- in my case Catholicism. I keep my rosary on me, and pray.
