Toddler TV

There are several good things on TV. Michael ikes Veggie Tales but I do not have that channel, I think I can ge it free for 3 months so I should probably sign my promotion paper for those channels. But something about Veggie Tales bothers me. How to they carry things without arms? Watching them sweep and move things gives me some chills. I suppose that is morbid since it is a reliegious toddler show. Michael likes it so I guess I can give in.

Right now he is watching Higglytown Heroes. That is a cute show. Michael has an allergy induced cold and it is cruddy outside. Lately getting him outside is the only way to drag him away from the TV. When it warms up he will be spending alot of time outside because I do not want to have to admit all he does is watch TV...

We take Wyatt out and about

We take Wyatt out and about quite often because if we didn't he would completely destroy the house and all of the contents.  He's got a lot of energy.  I found a dozen little plastic men, a toy train, and a wine cork (?) in my garbage disposal yesterday (after I turned it on and it made a horrible noise, of course!).  He just gets into everything if you even turn your back for 5 minutes.

Wyatt has been watching the same Alphabet Train video for 3 days straight.  I discovered that it automatically repeats!  (Am I a horrible mom? Ha ha!)  We had a heat wave (too hot to even go to the pool) and then we had pouring rain.  What's with this weather?  It must be global warming.  Well, I guess we have it better than those poor penguins and polar bears.

I love penguins! Especially

I love penguins! Especially the ones that live in warmer areas. I guess TV does make a nice calm sitter sometimes. I try to keep more entertaining things such as toddler tv shows on though.
